Unicenter Service Desk (Helpdesk)
Unicenter Service Desk (Helpdesk) is the new tool to process requests for NEOnet support. District personnel will soon be able to log into Help Desk directly, log their request, monitor/update the request and receive a resolution to the request all in one location.
